The Five-Minute Sunday Reset That Replaces Three Group Texts
A four-question Sunday ritual that pre-answers the week's logistics — so Monday morning doesn't start with a coordination meeting.
Sunday night is the most under-used productivity tool in family life. Five minutes — done out loud, with a partner or just yourself — answers the four questions that, left un-asked, turn into Tuesday-night arguments.
The four questions: Who needs to be where? What are we eating? What's one thing each kid has to remember? What's the one thing we're protecting (the non-negotiable rest or together time)?
Write the answers somewhere the whole family can see them. A magnetic board, a shared calendar, a corner of the fridge. The point isn't the medium — it's the move from your head to a shared surface. That's the whole trick.
