Smart Family Systems started in a kitchen with two working parents, a dog who needed surgery, three sport schedules, and one shared Google calendar that had quietly stopped working. We started writing down what actually helped — not what looked nice on Pinterest — and the list became a community of moms swapping the small tools and routines that genuinely reduce mental load.
